This private workshop is an excellent opportunity to learn and practise the Wim Hof Method with a qualified instructor in private at your own pace. Learn the basics, the background and what's going on inside your body through practical exercises and share your practise, discover your own ideal practise and start to listen to your body not your mind. Ask questions, end it all with an ice bath and take your practise to the next level! Particular focus is given in this workshop to listening to your body, your individual circumstances and adjusting your practise to most benefit.
