WHM 1 hour Breathing Class - SOLD OUT
This is an outdoor session, at the stunning Lake 32, rain hail or shine! We will be lying on the floor breathing so be sure to wrap up warm in comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring something to lie on. There are fires, toilets and a cafe to warm up afterwards if needs be.
